CANCELLATION: Our cancellation and no-show policies are designed to respect both your time and ours. We understand that plans can change, so if you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. This allows us adequate time to fill the slot with another client. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the booking deposit. However, if you cancel within the 48 hour window prior to your scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be non-refundable, as it is often difficult for us to fill the slot on such short notice. If you cancel after the 24 hour period you may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Please contact your service provider if you need to cancel/reschedule. Additionally, if you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notification, this will be considered a "no-show" and your deposit will not be refunded. Please note that after two no-shows, a client will be prohibited from booking future appointments with us, as repeated no-shows prevent other clients from utilizing those time slots and result in a loss of business. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies as we strive to provide the best possible service to all of our valued clients. Rescheduling is considered a cancellation, therefore a new deposit will have to be paid. If the deposit is not paid 48 hours before rescheduled appointment, it will be cancelled. All services will not be rushed and may have a push back time for appointments. Appointment deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule due to service delays. Please be advised that I do not rush services. To avoid conflicts, please do not book any commitments immediately following your service. BOOKING TIMES: Early appointments range from 730am-830am and late appointments range from 8pm until 10pm. A deposit of $24.50 must be paid to book. If not booked the appointment will be cancel. A late fee of $10 will be applied to those who are more than 20 minutes late.
